Yei Joint Stars Defeat Mafunzo

Yei Joint Stars FC produced an impressive performance to defeat Mafunzo FC 1–0 in the CECAFA Women’s Champions League Qualifiers 2026.

The decisive goal was scored by Mary Anger Bol in the 69th minute, following a closely contested match between the two sides.

Mafunzo FC tried hard to find an equalizer, but Yei Joint Stars remained solid defensively and held on until the final whistle.

The victory earned Yei Joint Stars three valuable points and boosted their confidence in their quest to progress in the competition.
